Reverse 1999 Analysis: Sonetto's other "flaw" according to The Foundation's logic.

Sonetto is supposed to be the Foundation's pride and joy. In their eyes, she represents everything they stand for. While her curiosity is the thing explicitly stated that holds her back from being an ideal martyr, Sonetto has another quality the Foundation looks down on: passion.

When she encounters Schneider in the labyrinth, she lashes out with anger fueled arcanum (they point out this attack is more violent than usual). She cries when she's forced to leave Vertin behind once they finally meet again in the Walden. She's terrified of ghosts to the point of trembling and other visible reactions. She makes a pained expression as she brings up losing Schneider and Vertin's grief. She snaps at Mesmer once she realizes Vertin is being held hostage (luckily Mesmer understands Sonetto's hurting. She even tells her not to be hard on herself). She gets visibly excited about traveling in vehicles like a puppy eager to stick their head out the window.

She hasn't realized she is someone who feels things deeply which contrasts with the Foundation's ideals.

She is the embodiment of strong emotions that humanity is terrified of in arcanists.

I have a feeling Evan would love his thirst tweets and he would be super flattered. Sophie Turner called him cute and a good friend and you could tell he loved it and he didn’t expect it. If the thirst comments weren’t too too violent or talking about his insecurites like his nose or his weight, he would love them. If the comments were about his evil characters, he wouldn’t like them because he said the violent sex scenes made him uncomfortable and sad.
